A bequest is a gift of any amount that is given through a will, trust, life insurance policy or IRA where Hazel Hawkins Hospital Foundation is listed as the beneficiary. Gifts to the Foundation are managed through the Foundation Board of Trustees, and 100% of your donation is used to support patient care, special programs, scholarships, facility improvements, equipment, and other critical needs. Your decision to leave a legacy through your estate helps strengthen our ability to provide compassionate, quality health care in the years to come.Through your bequest you can direct your gift in a way that meets your own passion and interest:
- Choose a particular need, program or project that is important to you;
- Specify that your bequest be added to the Foundation’s permanent Endowment Fund so your gift will address emerging needs in perpetuity or;
- Allow the Foundation Board of Trustees to use your gift to address the area of greatest need.
